One month intense Yoga Program to manage hormonal disorders like PCOS, Thyroid, Stress and work towards healthy living. The program aims to heal the body through Yogic approach.

Details about the program:

  • 20 sessions of 90 minutes (1.5 hours) each for 4 weeks.

  • Multi-style Yoga practice from Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga.

  • Asanas for flexibility, stamina & strength.

  • Learn advance pranayama for stress & hormonal balance.

  • Various types of meditation to heal the body mentally, physically & emotionally.

  • Align your Chakras through Bandhas and meditation.

  • Short Chakra Meditation every week.

  • Weekly targets to improve your diet and lifestyle for hormonal balance.

  • Adopt Yogic lifestyle in the easiest and sustainable way for long-term well being.
