Yoga entered my life when I was just 11 years old. From a young age, I delved into the world of Yoga, exploring its depths through asanas, pranayama, and meditation. It was my family who played a significant role in instilling values and the daily practice of mantra chants, shaping the very fabric of my existence.
I pursued my graduation in Economics from Delhi University, where my journey into the performing arts began. It was during my theater rehearsals that Yoga seamlessly became a part of my routine. Through various visualization techniques and body movements geared towards character-building, I discovered a profound connection with myself and found new avenues for self-expression.
In 2017, I embarked on my professional training in Yoga at Mokshayattan Yog Sansthan. The following year, I successfully completed a Certificate Course in Yogasana from the esteemed Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in Delhi. Seeking further knowledge and experience, I ventured to Rishikesh in 2019 to pursue a rigorous 200-hour Teacher Training Course in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga at the renowned World Peace Yoga School. Under the guidance of the esteemed Bharath Shetty, I became a certified 250-hour Hatha Yoga teacher at IndeaYoga Mysore. Additionally, I honed my skills in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga through comprehensive training at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh. These enriching experiences not only deepened my personal practice but also allowed me to develop effective teaching techniques and connect with the authentic essence of Yoga.
Beginning my career as a freelancer in 2018, I offered personalized sessions to individuals seeking relief from conditions such as Sciatica, Migraine, Spinal disorders, Stress, and lifestyle disorders. In 2020, I took a leap forward by organizing independent workshops for women afflicted with lifestyle disorders in Delhi NCR. These workshops aimed to educate women about the transformative power of Yoga and the significance of self-love as a pathway to self-healing. The workshops I conduct encompass a diverse range of practices, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga. Presently, I am conducting virtual workshops and programs dedicated to addressing issues related to PCOS, Thyroid, Stress, and Spinal health.
My ultimate goal is to empower and educate women about the profound wisdom that lies within them. I firmly believe that achieving emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual balance is the key to healing all disorders and ailments. With a holistic approach deeply ingrained in my perception of the human body as a harmonious union of all elements, my work strives to promote long-term sustainable well-being. I wholeheartedly embrace the mantra of holistic health, guiding individuals towards a journey of lasting wellness.
