Learn the use of Yoga Props to level up your practice.

Abhyasa
- Get 12 sessions of 1 hour each. - Practice Womb Healing sequence every wednesday. - Surya Namaskar Marathon session - Yoga Styles: Hatha & Ashtanga - Beginner to Intermediate practice. Batch I: 5 pm - 6 pm IST (Mon, Wed, Fri) Charges: 2999 INR Total seats: 6 people/batch Classes on 18th, 20th & 23rd June shall be rescheduled ahead.
