Asana, Pranayama & Meditation for physical & mental well being.
Weekly sessions focusing on pelvic health & fertility.
Practice pranayama effective for anxiety & insomnia.
Learn the use of Yoga Props to level up your practice.
The program starts on Tuesday, followed by Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
