Learn the use of Yoga Props to level up your practice.

*Mysore style class is only for Premium Plan. A special sequence will be sent to each student to deepen their practice.

Standard Plan
Get 12 sessions of 1 hour each. Practice Pelvic Floor sequence every wednesday. Surya Namaskar Marathon session Beginner to Intermediate practice. Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Batch I: 6:30 am - 7:30 am IST Batch II: 5 pm - 6 pm IST Charges: 2499 INR You can switch the batch anytime.
