Women's Fitness Program

Starting on 5th September

A month-long program for people looking to get regular physical activity and manage daily stress.


  • Yoga for managing stress, weight, hormonal disorders like PCOS & Thyroid.

  • 20 sessions of 1 hour each for 4 weeks.

  • Multi-style Yoga practice from Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

  • Asana, Pranayama & Meditation for physical & mental well being.

  • Weekly sessions focusing on pelvic health & fertility.

  • Practice pranayama effective for anxiety & insomnia.

  • Led classes - Practicing along with the teacher at a common pace.

  • Mysore style classes - Practicing a personalized asana sequence at your own pace. The teacher provides personal attention to individual student to improve or deepen the asana with respect to individual fitness goals.


        This will be only available for advanced batch. The students will be given the asana sequence before the session.

General Batch

Timing: 6am - 7am IST

Level of intensity: Moderate

Who can join: Any beginner to intermediate level practitioner

Asana to be taught: The sessions will gradually build strength, stamina & flexibility. Headstand, handstand & other arm balances will be practiced after the first week.

No. of sessions: 20 (Mon-Fri)

Advance Batch

Timing: 6:30pm - 7:30pm IST

Level of intensity: Advance

Who can join: Open for previous students or anyone with alteast 3 months of regular yoga practice needed.

No. of sessions: 16 Led classes

4 Mysore style classes

Charges: 3999 INR (Indian residents)

55$  USD (Non-Indian residents)

Beginner Batch

Timing: 5pm - 6pm IST

Level of intensity: Beginner

Who can join: Anyone new to Yoga, starting to get physically active or recovering from COVID.

Asana to be taught: The sessions will slowly build strength, release emotional stress & flexibility. Headstand & other arm balances will be taught after the 2nd week.
