Women's Fitness Program

Starting 10th January 2023

A month-long program for people looking to get regular physical activity and manage daily stress.

Details:

  • Yoga for managing stress, weight, hormonal disorders like PCOS & Thyroid.

  • Multi-style Yoga practice from Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

  • Asana, Pranayama & Meditation for physical & mental well being.

  • Weekly sessions focusing on pelvic health & fertility.

  • Practice pranayama effective for anxiety & insomnia.

  • Learn the use of Yoga Props to level up your practice.

The program starts on Tuesday, followed by Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

*The fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.

It shall not be adjusted in any other program.

Standard Plan

Get 12 sessions of 1 hour each. Practice Pelvic Floor sequence every wednesday. Beginner to Intermediate practice. Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Batch I: 7:30 am - 8:30 am Batch II: 5 pm - 6 pm Charges: 1999 INR You can switch the batch anytime.
