A month-long program for people looking to get regular physical activity and manage daily stress.

Details:

  • Yoga for managing stress, weight, hormonal disorders like PCOS & Thyroid.

  • 12 sessions of 60 minutes each, Monday-Wednesday-Friday.

  • Multi-style Yoga practice from Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

  • Asana, Pranayama & Meditation for physical & mental well being.

  • Weekly sessions focusing on pelvic health, Womb healing & fertility.

  • Practice pranayama effective for anxiety & insomnia.

  • Learn the use of Yoga Props to level up your practice.

  • Practice Surya Namaskar Marathon.

  • Beginner friendly balanced approach.

  • Small batch size of 6 people for better attention.

  • Batch timing: 6:30 am - 7:30 am IST and 5 pm - 6 pm IST
