Yin Yoga for PCOS

In 2020, I started with my first ever yoga workshop for women. The Yin Yoga flow focused on the energy channels connected with the uterus. The session was concluded with Deep relaxation & Bowl Therapy.
Yin Yoga for Stress management

The second workshop in the Yin Yoga Series. The session had a 60 minute asana flow working through the energy channels connected with the spine & stress points in the body. It was followed by Guided Meditation & Bowl Therapy.
Yoga Workshop for Women

A dedicated workshop designed especially for women dealing with lifestyle & stress disorders. The workshop was in collaboration with Yoga connect. The sessions concluded with Womb Healing meditation & discussion.
Chakra Meditation session

The session was conducted in collaboration with 1k Petals Gurgaon. A 60 minute session to help energize and activate the Chakras. The session included introduction to Chakra Philospphy & using chants and visualisation to work within.
Pelvic Health Workshop

First workshop post covid in Delhi. The workshop focused on educating women about Pelvic Health & yogic practices effective in managing stress & fertility issues. The session ended with guided meditation for Root Chakra & body positive affirmations.
Meditation for Emotional Healing

My teaching & practice always values emotional healing more than anything. We worked through some rhythmic movement & breathwork to unburden the heart centre. The session was concluded with some chants & Tibetan Bowl Therapy.
Wellness Event at Le Meridian Gurgaon

In collaboration with Tattva Wellness, a perfect soulful Saturday started with a gentle Yoga flow. With more than 50 participants joining me to unwind & de-stress with Yoga.
