Each workshop is carefully designed for women to enable self discovery & healing.

Healing the Heart
  • A breathwork and meditation practice to open the Anahata chakra & soften emotional stress.

  •  Release anxiety, grief, and emotional heaviness stored in the heart space.

  • Explore trust, forgiveness, and your relationship with giving and receiving love.

  • Use conscious breathing and intention to reconnect with compassion for yourself.

  • Open for beginners.

11th April, Saturday, 11am

Awaken the Pelvic floor
  • A guided yoga and breathwork practice to awaken pelvic floor awareness and ground the Muladhara chakra.

  • Understand how the pelvic floor shapes posture, movement, and emotional stability.

  • Gently release tension and stored stress in the hips and pelvic space.

  • Cultivate grounding, safety, and a deeper sense of connection with your body.

  • Open for all beginners

19th April, Sunday 11am

Spine & Stillness
  • A slow yin yoga practice with breath awareness and meditation for spinal release and energetic flow.

  • Decompress the spine and restore mobility through long, supported postures.

  • Enhance the subtle flow of energy through the spine and inner channels.

  • Allow the body and nervous system to settle into stillness.

  • Open for all beginners.

Mehak is a trained Hatha Yoga teacher under Yoga Alliance USA. She has been trained from various places including Bharath Shetty's school in Mysore. Apart from this, she specialises in Prenatal & Post-natal training.

She has been actively working with women & hormonal health since 2018. 

​

Being a Level 1 Reiki Healer & Chakra Meditation expert, her sessions involve integrating Yogic science with inner healing.
