Online Yoga sessions for PCOS, Stress, Weight management.

  • Medium of instruction - English

  • Duration of each session - 60 minutes.

  • Yoga styles taught - Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Yin Yoga.

  • Practice Pelvis sequence for fertility & PCOS every wednesday.

TIming:

Batch I: 7:30 am - 8:30 am IST

Batch II: 5 pm - 6 pm IST

Starting 10th January

Monday, Wednesday & Friday
