Online Yoga sessions for PCOS, Stress, Weight management.​

  • Medium of instruction - English

  • Duration of each session - 60 minutes.

  • Yoga styles taught - Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Yin Yoga.

  • Practice Pelvis sequence for fertility & PCOS every wednesday.

  • ​Standard Plan (12 sessions)

       Timing: Batch I: 6:30 am - 7:30 am IST

       Batch II: 5 pm - 6 pm IST

       Charges: 35$ USD

       Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

 

  • ​Premium Plan (20 sessions)

       Timing: Batch I: 5 pm - 6 pm IST

       Charges: 49 $ USD

       Days: Monday to Friday​​
